IES MCRC offers a number of courses, including PGDM, PGDM in Pharmaceutical Management, PhD in Management, MDP, and short-term certificate courses like Business Analytics. Students who are willing to gain admission into this university need to have a relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 50% marks and a valid scorecard from entrance exams like MAH MBA CET, CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, and GMAT. Additionally, students who are planning to get admission into the PGDM in Pharmaceutical Management course at IES MCRC need to have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or medicine.

 

CAT 2025 registration started on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be available for download from 5 November to 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the results are likely to be announced in the first week of January 2026. The CAT application fee has been revised to INR 2,600 for General category candidates and INR 1,300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

 

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

  • XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
  • To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
  • Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
  • In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
  • The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
  • Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
