Candidates should follow the steps given below to complete the AP POLYCET 2025 counselling and seat allotment process:

1. AP POLYCET 2025 Fee Payment: Candidates should visit the official website at appolycet.nic.in to pay the counselling fee online. After payment, they should download and print the fee receipt. Candidates need to present this receipt during document verification.

2. Document Verification: All eligible candidates must visit the assigned AP POLYCET helpline centres for document verification. They should carry all original documents along with photocopies. After successful verification, the officials will issue a ‘Receipt of Certificates’.

3. Option Entry: To exercise the option entry, candidates should log in to the official portal and select their preferred courses and polytechnic colleges. After entering the options, they must lock their choices and print out the option entry form. Option entry can also be done at the help centres.

4. AP POLYCET 2025 Seat Allotment: After option entry, the authorities will consider the candidate’s rank, category, and filled choices to allot seats. Candidates should log in to the official website to check their seat allotment results. Those who get a seat must download the seat allotment letter after paying a fee of Rs. 800.

5. Reporting to Allotted College and Admission Fee Payment: After downloading the seat allotment letter, candidates must report to the allotted college in two steps: first, through online self-reporting, and then by visiting the college in person. Both steps are compulsory. After reporting, candidates must pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.
