AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling: Registration (July 17), Schedule, Seat Allotment

AP EAMCET 2025 counselling process will begin on July 17, 2025, through the official website at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. All qualified candidates must register online to participate in the counselling. The first phase of counselling will be held from July 17 to August 1, 2025, followed by the second phase starting from August 8, 2025. The schedule is planned to complete the counselling before the first-semester classes begin on August 4, 2025. The possibility of a third phase will depend on the seat availability after the first two rounds. Separate AP EAMCET 2025 counselling dates will be announced for BiPC stream candidates, which will be conducted after the MPC counselling. For agriculture-related courses, counselling will be organized separately by Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. A detailed schedule will be published soon on the official portal.

The counselling process of AP EAMCET 2025 includes the following major steps: registration, document verification, web option entry, and seat allotment reporting. Listed below is a simplified summary of the whole process:

Step 1 – Registration & Fee Payment

Visit the official website sche.ap.gov.in, click on EAPCET Admissions, and open the registration form. Enter the AP EAMCET 2025 Admit Card number and date of birth.

• If the displayed details are correct, accept the declaration and proceed to pay the counselling fee online.
• If there are any mistakes, use the correction option, upload valid documents, and proceed to the payment gateway.
• Processing Fee:
• OC/BC – INR 1,200
• SC/ST – INR 600

Step 2 – Document Verification

Once the fee is paid, document verification is done either online or offline.

• If the certificates are verified through official web services, no further action is needed.
• If not, uploaded documents will be reviewed by Help Line Centre officials.

Step 3 – Check Verification Status

The certificate verification status can be checked using the Admit Card number and date of birth. If found eligible, the candidate can proceed to the web option entry. If not eligible, the verification process is still ongoing and will be completed shortly.

Step 4 – Web Option Entry

Log in on scheduled dates and choose preferred colleges and courses in order of preference. Save and lock the choices once finalised.

Step 5 – Seat Allotment

Depending on the preference of the candidate and the choice he/she make, APSCHE will assign the seats. The provisional allotment result may be seen by logging in and downloading the provisional allotment letter.

Step 6 – Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Report to the allotted college with the seat allotment letter and original documents as per the given schedule to confirm admission.

Documents Required for AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling

Candidates must carry the following documents while attending AP EAMCET 2025 counselling. These are essential for document verification and seat allotment:

• AP EAMCET 2025 Admit Card
• Intermediate Marks Memo or equivalent qualification marks statement
• Proof of Date of Birth (such as SSC or equivalent certificate)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last-attended institution
• Study Certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate (12th standard)
• EWS Certificate (valid for 2025–26), issued by MeeSeva for OC candidates claiming EWS quota
• Residence Certificate showing 7 years of study in Andhra Pradesh, applicable for private candidates
• Residence Certificate of Parent (Father/Mother) for 10 years in Andhra Pradesh (excluding employment period outside the state), issued by the Tahsildar for non-local candidates
• Integrated Caste Certificate for SC/ST/BC candidates, issued by the competent authority
• Income Certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2021) or White Ration Card with the candidate’s and parents’ names, for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement
• Local Status Certificate (if applicable), for candidates migrating from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2015 and June 1, 2025
