CG PET 2026 application process is closed now. It began from March 2, 2026 and correction window was conducted from March 28 to March 30, 2026 by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board. Candidates had to submit their contact, academic, and personal information on the CG PET 2026 application form. Candidates also had to upload the necessary files and pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

How to fill CG PET 2026 Application form?
CG PET 2026 application form will be released online. Candidates can follow the given steps to access and fill out the application form of CG PET 2026.
Step 1: Entering Exam Prerequisites
In the first step, candidates will have to enter the following details-
- Exam Applied For- PET/PPHT/Both PET and PPHT
Step 2: Entering Basic Information
Next, the candidates will have to enter basic information as mentioned below-
- Candidate Name
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- Date of birth
- 10th Standard Roll Number

- Religion

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Image
After entering all the details, the candidates will have to scan and upload the passport-size photograph and signature as per the specifications.
Step 4: Entering Contact Details
After entering the basic details, the candidates will have to enter contact information which will include-
- House number
- Street name
- City/Village
- Post office
- State
- District
- Pin code
- Region
- Mobile number
- Email Id
Step 5: Selection of exam centres
Next, the candidates will have to select the exam centres in the order of their preferences. The list of centres will be available on the drop-down menu. Candidates will have to choose any three centres of their choice.
Step 6: Submission of application form
After entering all the above details correctly, candidates will have to accept the declaration and enter the captcha code for the final submission of the CG PET application form.
Step 7: Payment of application fee
After submitting the application form, the candidates will have to pay the CG PET 2026 application fee in online mode. Candidates can use any one of the online payment gateway - credit/debit card or internet banking.
Step 8: Printout of application form
Lastly, the candidates will be required to take a printout of the application form and preserve it for future reference.

CG PET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check the following eligibility criteria of CG PET 2026 carefully before filling out the application form.
Qualifying Examination:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Maths, and Physics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical vocational courses as optional subjects.
- For BTech Biotechnology, aspirants should have studied Biology instead of Maths in their 10+2.
Pass Percentage:
- Candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in each of the subjects in their Class 10+2 or equivalent.
- Reserved category aspirants from Chhattisgarh should have secured a minimum of 40% in their Class 10+2.
- Grace Marks: Candidates who have passed with grace marks will be considered eligible if they acquire the minimum pass percentage in each subject. It is important to note that grace marks will not be considered while computing the aggregate percentage for admissions.
Domicile Requirements:
- All candidates need to furnish residency proof.
- They must get the domicile certificate ready as proof of their residency. This will be required during counselling and admissions.
Age Limit:
- Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age as of July 1 of the admission year. 3-year relaxation is given to reserved category candidates. The minimum age limit is 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.

FAQ CG PET 2026 Application Process
Which documents have to be uploaded in the CG PET application form?
Candidates will have to upload scanned documents in the CG PET application. A recent colour passport-size photograph has to be uploaded by the candidates along with their signature. It is to be noted that the signature should be done on a white background. Both documents have to be uploaded successfully for the application form to be submitted. If the candidates are not able to upload their documents in the application form, then they should immediately contact the authorities.
What is the CG PET application fee?
All candidates will be required to pay the CG PET application fee to participate in the examination and admission process. The required fee can be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Candidates of the General category will have to pay INR 200, while OBC category have to pay INR 150. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category candidates will have to pay INR 100 as an application fee. If the candidates fail to pay the application fee, then their application form will not be accepted.
What is the CG PET application form correction process?
CG PET application form correction facility will be open online for all registered candidates. To access the correction facility, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. After logging in, the candidates will be able to access the facility and edit/correct the details that they had previously submitted in the application form. However, it is to be noted that not all details will be open for corrections.

CG PET 2026 application form was released online on March 2, 2026 at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates will be able to access the application link online and no other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. The final date to fill out and submit the CG PET 2026 application form will be announced soon. No applications will be accepted after the final date. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide all of their personal, academic, and contact details. It is to be noted that all of the details submitted has to be valid and in accordance with the documents possessed by the candidates.
