Candidates who have passed Class 10+2 or have appeared for the higher secondary exam in April/May 2026 are eligible to apply for the CLAT UG 2026 exam. NRI, OCI, and PIO candidates are eligible to apply for the CLAT 2026 exam. CLAT Age Limit 2026
There is no upper or lower age limit for candidates applying to CLAT UG or PG 2026. Any candidate meeting the education and nationality requirements can apply regardless of their age. Candidates should focus on meeting the academic qualifications and submitting required documents. Age is not a restricting factor for either undergraduate or postgraduate CLAT programs. CLAT Nationality 2026
CLAT 2026 is open to both Indian nationals as well as international candidates. Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs are all eligible to apply for the CLAT exam. CLAT Seat Intake 2026
Each NLUs have their own reservation of seat intake. The seat intake for UG and PG programs through CLAT 2026 scores differs from one another. NLSIU Bengaluru has reserved 310 and 100 seat intake for UG and PG programs, respectively. Whereas NLU Jodhpur has reserved 120 seats for UG and 50 seats for PG program. A total of 3,511 seats are available for UG intake and 1,271 seats for PG intake, excluding supernumerary, NRI, extra, and FN seats.
