How to Fill Out the CA Foundation Application Form 2026?
To apply for the ICAI CA Foundation Exam 2026, candidates need to visit the official ICAI website and register themselves. After creating a login ID, they must fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the exam fee. Once submitted, they should download and save the confirmation for future reference. - Visit the portal called eservices.icai.org
- Search for the “First Time User (New Student), Click Here” option.
- Enter name, date of birth, gender, country code, mobile number, nationality, and email ID. Next, click on the “Generate OTP” option.
- Verify OTP via mobile number and email ID, and students will be redirected to a separate profile where the registration ID will be mentioned.
- Search for “Apply for CA Course”, and under Course Registration, click on the “Apply for Foundation Course” link.
- Enter marital status, father’s name, mother’s name, blood group, PAN Card number, Passport number, address, category, annual income, and academic qualifications.
- Upload a photograph, signature, school/ college leaving certificate/ date of birth proof.
- Pay the registration fee via credit or debit card, net banking, or PayTM
