ICAI CA Foundation 2026 Registration: Start Date (Nov 3 to 16), Eligibility, Fees, Documents

ICAI CA Foundation 2026 Registration process for the January session exam will start on November 3, 2025. The last date to register for the exam without paying a late fee of INR 600 is November 16, 2025. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. Initially, during the registration process, students need to fill out his/ her name, gender, contact details, etc. Next inside the application form, students need to put on his/ her academic qualifications and upload photograph, signature, and school/ college leaving certificate as per specified guidelines. ICAI CA Foundation 2026 registration fee is INR 1500 for the Indian centers and INR 2200 for the Bhutan and Kathmandu centers.

How to Apply for ICAI CA Foundation 2026 Examination?

ICAI CA Foundation 2026 registration process is an online one and is done by following the same:

Step 1: Visit the portal called eservices.icai.org

Step 2: Search for the “First Time User (New Student)? Click Here” option.

Step 3: Enter name, date of birth, gender, country code, mobile number, nationality, and email ID. Next, click on the “Generate OTP” option.

Step 4: Verify OTP via mobile number and email ID, and students will be redirected to a separate profile where the registration ID will be mentioned.

Step 5: Search for “Apply for CA Course”, and under Course Registration, click on the “Apply for Foundation Course” link.

Step 6: Enter marital status, father’s name, mother’s name, blood group, PAN Card number, Passport number, address, category, annual income, and academic qualifications.

Step 7: Upload photograph, signature, school/ college leaving certificate/ date of birth proof.

Step 8: Pay the registration fee via credit or debit card, net banking, or PayTM
