ICAR AIEEA 2025 Counselling Process

Step 1: Registration

Candidates must register on the ICAR Counselling Portal using their application number and password. During registration, they must verify their personal details, educational qualifications, and category status.

Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee

After registration, candidates must pay the counselling registration fee of INR 400. The payment can be made online using debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Step 3: Choice Filling

Once the fee is paid, candidates must select their preferred courses and Agricultural Universities in order of priority. Candidates are advised to carefully review the seat matrix before locking their choices.

Step 4: Choice Updation

Before the final submission, students can revise or update their choices until the deadline for the particular round. Once locked, no further modifications are allowed.

Step 5: Online Uploading of Documents

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the required documents such as mark sheets, certificates, and ID proof. All files must be in the prescribed format and size.

Step 6: Verification of Documents

The uploaded documents are verified online by the universities. If any discrepancies are found, the universities raise queries, which candidates must address promptly.

1. Candidates who did not qualify for the ICAR AIEEA (PG) are not eligible for admission to any master’s degree program.
2. Those who scored zero or negative marks in the entrance exam cannot participate in the final round.
3. Candidates must have submitted their qualifying exam marks by the designated date. If their status remains “Appearing,” they cannot attend counselling.
4. Students from private agricultural colleges/universities not accredited by ICAR are ineligible.
5. Candidates who could not report to their allotted college after earlier rounds are still allowed in the mop-up round, but must fill fresh choices.
6. No changes are permitted in the mop-up round choices once submitted.
7. ICAR will not be responsible for any issues arising from universities derecognized by VCI/UGC or by court directives.
