3. Select the 'Register' option.
4. Enter basic details to create a login.

6. Click on ‘New Registration’.
7. Select I accept and proceed.
8. Fill in the registration form with personal details, address, and contact details.
9. Create a password and click on save and proceed.

11. Upload a valid identity proof.
12. Upload a photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
13. Choose test city preferences.
