NMIMS NPAT 2025 Applications opened on February 20, 2025, on the official portal at npat.nmims.edu. NMIMS NPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students who wished to appear for NMIMS NPAT 2025 were required to meet the eligibility rules set by NMIMS for undergraduate admissions. These included nationality, age requirements, and minimum academic qualifications. Candidates who did not fulfil any one of the conditions were not considered for the merit list or admission process.

Students who submitted the NMIMS NPAT 2025 application form also had to pay the registration fee to complete the process. The payment was accepted through online modes such as UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking. Applications without successful fee payment were not considered valid.

How to Fill NMIMS NPAT 2025 Application Form?

The NMIMS NPAT 2025 application was available only in online mode through the official portal npat.nmims.edu. Students had to complete each stage carefully, starting from registration to slot booking, because once submitted, most details could not be edited.

 

Step 1. Sign Up on the NPAT Website

Candidates first visited the NPAT application website and clicked on “Apply Now.” Basic information such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number was entered. An OTP was sent to verify the contact details.

 

Step 2. Make Login Account

The system generates a login ID and password after OTP verification. This is useful for application form access.

 

Step 3. Fill Personal and Academic Details

Students logged in and entered their personal, academic, and communication details. At this stage, they also selected the programs and schools they wished to apply for, with a maximum of five options.

 

Step 4. Pick How Many Times One Wants to Take the Exam

Applicants had the option to select one main attempt and up to two retakes. The best score among all attempts was considered for merit.

 

Step 5. Upload Photo and Signature

They then uploaded a recent passport-size photograph and signature in the correct format and size as mentioned in the guidelines.

 

Step 6. Pay the Registration Fee

The system displayed the total fee based on the number of selected schools and attempts. Payment was made online through UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

 

Step 7. Choose Your Exam Date and Centre

Once the payment was successful, students were directed to the slot booking window where they chose the exam date, time, and centre. Slots were allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and could not be changed later.

 

Step 8. Save the Confirmation and Fee Receipt

After completing all steps, a confirmation page was generated. Students downloaded and printed this page along with the fee receipt for future use. The admit card could be downloaded closer to the exam date.

 

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Slot Booking & Exam Scheduling

After paying the registration fee, students had to book their exam slot to lock in the test date and centre. The process was completely online, and since popular slots filled up quickly, it was smarter to schedule early rather than wait.

 

Step 1. Log in to the NPAT portal with the same email ID and password used during registration.

 

Step 2. Look through the available dates, timings, and exam centres, then pick whichever felt most convenient.

 

Step 3. Only the slots that were still open would appear. Once a slot filled up, it simply wasn’t shown anymore.

 

Step 4. After choosing, confirm the selection carefully because it couldn’t be changed later.

 

Step 5. A confirmation slip popped up, and students usually downloaded or printed it for later use.

 

The slot booking window stayed open from March 1 to May 31, 2025, which was also the entire test period. Students could take the exam up to three times, one main attempt and two retakes if they wanted to improve their score.
