OJEE 2025 Counselling for various UG and PG courses are open on the official website at ojee.nic.in, with various rounds of allotment released for different courses. The Round 4 seat allotment for BAMS and BHMS programs was released on November 18, 2025, and the last date for institute reporting was November 19, 2025. Students can download the allotment result on the OJEE website. As per the tentative schedule, the candidate registration and choice filling for the stray vacancy counselling for the BHMS and BAMS courses is starting from November 20, 2025, and the seat allotment is expected to be out by November 22, 2025.

 

OJEE Counselling 2025 is the process for students to get admission into BAMS, BHMS, MD/MS (Ayurveda), MD (Homoeopathy), and B.Tech courses in Odisha and some other colleges in India. The OJEE counselling is done online and includes registration, filling of choice, payment of part-admission fee and document verification. Seats are allocated on the basis of exam rank, category of reservation and preference filled. The counselling is conducted for a total of 4 rounds, and a stray vacancy round in case of vacant seats. OJEE Counselling Process 2025 Eligibility Criteria

OJEE Counselling Process 2025 contains eligibility requirements to take admission in the courses of BAMS, BHMS, MD/MS (Ay.) and MD (Hom.) in Odisha. The applicants should pass the corresponding entrance test, NEET (UG) to BAMS/BHMS, and AIAPGET to MD/MS (Ay.) and MD (Hom.), and the minimum percentiles. State quota and All India Quota seats are mandatory in terms of age, nativity, academic qualifications and completion of compulsory internships. OJEE Counselling Process 2025: Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 – Registration: Candidates must register online at www.ojee.nic.in by creating a username and password and paying the non-refundable registration fee of INR 1000. Only registered candidates will be considered for seat allotment.

 

Step 2 – Choice Filling (for BAMS/BHMS and MD/MS Ay.): Candidates need to fill their preferred courses and colleges online and lock their choices. They can take a printout for reference.

 

Step 3 – Part Admission Fee: Candidates who get provisional allotment must pay the part-admission fee online.

  • BAMS/BHMS: INR 5000 + INR 3500 (University Registration Fee) = INR 8500
  • MD/MS (Ay.): INR 24,730 including OUHS registration fee
  • MD (Hom.): INR 12,420

Step 4 – Freeze/Float Option: Allotted candidates can choose to freeze their seat or float for better options in later rounds.

 

Step 5 – Document Verification: Candidates must report to the OJEE cell or allotted college on the scheduled date with the required documents for verification and provisional admission.

 

Step 6 – Final Admission: Candidates must pay any remaining fees at the allotted institute to confirm admission. Failure to follow these steps can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

 

OJEE Counselling Process 2025: Documents Required

In the OJEE Counselling 2025, candidates are expected to carry original certificates and photocopies at the time of admission. Academic mark sheets, nativity certificate, SC/ST/EWS certificate (where applicable), medical fitness certificate, internship completion and professional licenses are some of the documents. Certain documents are different in the case of the BAMS/BHMS, MD/MS (Ayurveda) and MD (Homoeopathy).

1. BAMS / BHMS Undergraduate

Candidates must bring original certificates and one photocopy of each:

  • 10th Board Certificate and Marksheet
  • 12th Science Pass Certificate and Marksheet
  • College / School Leaving Certificate
  • Nativity / Resident Certificate of Odisha (Form III)

  • Candidates under PC or Ex-Serviceman quota must provide relevant certificates.

OJEE Counselling Process 2025: Reservation

The OJEE 2025 policy on reserving seats makes sure that the allocation of the seats among each category of courses, BAMS, BHMS, MD/MS (Ayurveda), and MD (Homoeopathy), is fairly distributed. The following table provides the percentage of the seats that are allocated to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Physically Challenged, Ex-Servicemen, Green Card holders and Economically Weak.

OJEE Counselling Process 2025: Procedure For Online Allotment

The OJEE online allotment process 2025 is the way students get their seats in BAMS, BHMS, MD (Ayurveda), and MD (Homoeopathy) courses. The allocation of seats is determined by the ranking in entrance exams, options filled, and the type of reservation. The applicants will be required to pay the necessary fees via the internet, and their documents will be verified to ensure the provision of provisional admission. It has several allotment round,s and students may withdraw or resign within the stipulated dates. Any vacancy that remains is filled by spot or stray vacancy counselling.

 

BAMS / BHMS (UG) Online Allotment

First Round

  • Seats are given based on NEET rank and choices filled online. Reservations are applied as per the candidate's category.
  • After provisional allotment, candidates must pay part-admission and university fees online.
  • Candidates choose either freeze (keep the seat) or float (try for a better seat) and report to OJEE Cell for document verification.
  • Candidates completing all steps are provisionally admitted.
  • Those not completing steps or missing documents may lose the seat and must fill fresh choices in the 2nd round.

Withdrawal

  • Candidates can withdraw or resign from allotted seats within the notified dates.

Second & Third Round

  • Candidates not allotted in earlier rounds or those who did not report must fill fresh choices.
  • Float candidates may be upgraded based on rank, choices, and seat availability.
  • All steps of fee payment and document verification must be completed.

Stray Vacancy

  • If seats remain vacant after all rounds, stray vacancy counselling will be conducted.

 

MD / MS (Ayurveda) Online Allotment

  • Seats are allotted based on AIAPGET 2025 rank. Reservations are applied as per category.
  • Candidates must pay INR 24,730 online (excluding hostel fees) and report at the allotted college for document verification.
  • Provisional admission is confirmed after fee payment and document verification.
  • Candidates not completing these steps will lose their provisional seat and can try in the next round if seats are available.

Withdrawal

  • Candidates can withdraw from the process within the notified dates.

Spot Admission

  • Any remaining seats after reporting will be filled through spot counselling.

 

MD (Homoeopathy) Online Allotment

First Round

  • Seats are allotted based on AIAPGET 2025 rank. Reservations are applied as per category.
  • Candidates must pay INR 12,420 online and report at Dr. Abhin Chandra Homoeopathic Medical College for document verification.
  • Provisional admission is confirmed after fee payment and document verification.
  • Candidates not completing these steps or missing documents may lose the seat and try again in the 2nd round.

Second Round

  • Candidates not allotted or who did not report in the first round must fill fresh choices and pay fees if allotted.

Withdrawal

  • Candidates can withdraw or resign from allotted seats within the notified dates.

Spot Admission

  • Vacant seats after reporting will be filled through spot counselling.

In the case of OJEE counselling 2025-26, the seats will be offered in the BAMS, BHMS, MD/MS (Ayurveda), and MD (Homoeopathy) courses. Seats are separated into Odisha state quota and All India Quota (AIQ), special seats such as EWS, in-service, and college seats in the private institutions.
