The SAT Exam Centres 2025 are available across 98 institutions in 44 cities throughout India. The major cities include Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Rajasthan. Candidates are advised to book their slots at least one month in advance to get seats available in their preferred locations. How To Book SAT Exam Centres 2025?

Before booking a slot for the SAT Exam Dates, candidates must check the seat availability in their preferred test centres at satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat/test-center-search. They are advised to book their slots at least one month in advance of the test date to get seats in the preferred SAT Test Centres. The steps of checking and booking SAT Exam Centres are as follows:

  • Open satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat/test-center-search.
  • Select a testing country or region between the "United States, including U.S. territories and Puerto Rico" and "Outside the United States" options.
  • Select the test date from the drop-down list of available exam dates.
  • Choose the location where they want to take the test.
  • Click on "Find a Test Centre".
  • After checking the seat availability, click on "Register Now.
  • Create an account
  • Enter information like first name, last name, gender, date of birth, email address, education details, postal code, address, and parent information.
  • Click on "I agree with the Legal Terms for Students".
  • Select preferred test dates and centres.
  • Pay the exam fee.
  • A confirmation email is sent.

 

SAT Exam Centres Guidelines

Aspirants appearing for the SAT Exam 2025 are required to follow some necessary guidelines set by the College Board on the test day. These rules and guidelines are as follows:

  • Candidates must possess a compatible testing device, such as a Windows laptop, Mac laptop, Windows tablet (with an external keyboard), or other tablet, iPad, or Chromebook, and an approved desktop computer in a school computer lab.
  • The Bluebook app should be downloaded on the testing device.
  • Candidates must sign in to the Bluebook app using their email address and password.
  • Complete the exam setup at least 5 days before the test date.
  • Test-takers are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
  • After reaching, staff at the test sites direct candidates to the testing room.
  • Candidates must connect to the testing site's internet and take the full-length of the standard time test.
  • Test takers are not allowed to paste work into the Bluebook from another application.
  • Students must select one answer for each question. If they choose more than one, the answers will be marked as wrong.

Behaviours That Are Not Allowed In SAT Test Centres

Candidates are advised to take the exam from the approved testing device and through Bluebook only. Let's have a look below to know which behaviours are not permitted in the SAT Exam Centres:

  • Do not try to cheat or take any unfair advantage.
  • Do not copy or record test questions.
  • Accessing mobile devices or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
