TS PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for TS PGLCET, candidates must have completed a 3-year or 5-year LL.B degree from a recognised university. Candidates must go through TS PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria are discussed below.

  • Candidates must have pursued a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from any recognised university. Candidates who are in the final year of their LLB degree are also eligible for the exam.
  • Candidates from the General and OBC categories must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their LLB degree. Whereas, SC/ST candidates need to secure only 45% marks in LLB degree to be eligible for TS PGLCET.

Step 1: Application Fee Payment and Registration

 

Candidates have to pay the application fee before filling out TS PGLCET Application Form 2026 through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, TS Online Centres/AP Online Centres. On the official website, candidates need to click on the ‘Application Fee Payment’ button, and a new page will appear for registration. The required details to be filled out in the application form are Candidate's name, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth (as per SSC or Equivalent), Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, Email ID, Stream (PGLCET- Entrance Test for Admission into two-year LLM Course), and Category (OC/ BC_A/ BC_B/ BC_C/ BC_D/ BC_E/ SC/ ST). After filling up these details, click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button.

  • Select Category: Select the category from - OC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ BC-C/ BC-D/ BC-E/ SC/ ST/ NCC/ CAP/ Sports
  • Address Details: Enter the complete address with the area pin code
  • Select monitory status: Choose between Minority or Non-Minority status
  • SSC or Class 10th equivalent details: SSC board name, Hall ticket number, Month and Year of passing the exam, and Place of study
  • Physically challenged candidate details: Select type of physical challenge - visually handicapped/ hearing impaired/ ortho handicapped (if applicable).
  • Family income details: Mention the family income of parents/households.
  • Class 12th details: Candidates have to mention details of the class 12th qualifying exam, such as the inter-board name, Hall ticket number, the month and year of passing the exam, and place of study.

Step 3: Submission of TS PGCET Application Form

 

Candidates need to accept the terms and conditions, review the filled-in application form and submit it. After submitting, a confirmation page will open. Candidates must print out the confirmation page for further reference.
