GIBS, affiliated to Bangalore University, offers admission to the MBA, BBA and PGDM programs, which are approved by AICTE. For the PGDM program, students can opt for a dual specialisation along with the Post Graduate Program in Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship (PGPIRE) and Certification in Personal Mastery Program (CPMP) by GIBS Finishing School.

Students who are willing to gain admission in the BBA program at GIBS need to complete HSC (10+2) from a recognised board in any course with 50% marks. Those who are currently appearing for PUC/12th exams can also apply. For NRI students, the admission is based on academic records, group discussions and personal interviews.

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

How to Register:

• Visit the official CAT website to register online.
• Use a valid and unique email ID and mobile number to start the process.
• After registering, you’ll receive a User ID and Password to log in and fill the application form.

Key Guidelines:

• You can complete the form in multiple sessions — your progress will be saved automatically.
• Review all details carefully before submitting the application fee. No changes are allowed after payment.
• Incorrect or incomplete forms may be rejected.
• SC/ST/PwD candidates must upload valid certificates. Category changes cannot be made after registration.
• A short correction window will be available after registration closes for limited time only.

CAT 2025 Registration Fee

• The registration fee for CAT 2025 must be paid online only.
• Candidates can choose from SBI ePay or BillDesk payment gateways.
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The application fee is required to be paid only once, regardless of the number of IIMs or other institutions candidates are applying to.

• XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
