BSc Instrumentation is a 3-year regular UG program, deals with the science and technology of measurement, not only physical, chemical and biological sciences; but also all branches of engineering and medicine. The program demonstrates proper understanding of Physics, proficiency in Mathematics and the Mathematical concepts needed for a proper understanding of Physics.

 

To enter in BSc Instrumentation, one must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths at 10+2 level. A minimum of 45% marks in aggregate as well as CUET UG qualification is required for admission in BSc Instrumentation. Students can also consider state-level CET such as KCET, GUJCET, MHT CET etc.

BSc Instrumentation Admission Process 2025

BSc Instrumentation admission 2025 has started in various government and private universities. The admission is mainly based on CUET UG and 12th grade merit. Some private universities also conduct their own entrance exam to grant admission.

 

Here is the step-wise framework of BSc Instrumentation Admission.

  1. Visit the official admission portal for the chosen university. Selection criteria for each university is different, thereby, candidates are advised to go through the admission guidelines of their chosen institute, beforehand.
  2. Candidates will be asked to create a login ID for a new application.
  3. After generating login, start an application by filling out personal, educational, and contact information.
  4. Students will be navigated to the document upload page. All the required documents must be uploaded in their respective tab.
  5. After that, candidates have to upload their entrance exam score card (if applicable).
  6. Also, candidates will have to choose-fill the institutes affiliated to a particular university.
  7. To submit the application, make an application payment.
  8. Upon a successful transaction, the university will send confirmation of application submission.
  9. The university will then review all applications received. Applicants will be shortlisted based on merit.
  10. The selected candidates will be then called for PI, counselling and document verification process.
  11. University will release a list of selected candidates along with allotted colleges.
  12. At this stage, candidates will be asked to pay the program fee and confirm their seat in allotted college.
