This round is designed to test how effectively a candidate can express their ideas in a short time.
Personal Interview (PI)
The Personal Interview is conducted face-to-face. In this round, candidates are assessed on their verbal communication, confidence level, general attitude, and knowledge of current business trends. The panel may also ask questions related to the candidate’s academic background, career goals, and opinions on business or social topics. This round helps the panel understand the candidate’s suitability for management education and leadership roles.
