MP Board Class 12 Accountancy Syllabus 2027 for Company Accounts & Financial Statement Analysis
The second part of the syllabus moves from partnership firms to company accounting and analysis of financial information. This section helps students understand how companies account for share capital and debentures and how financial statements can be interpreted using accounting tools. Financial statement analysis also develops the ability to interpret the financial position and performance of a business. The second section carries 44 marks, with Share Capital accounting alone carrying 16 marks. The MP Board Class 12 Accountancy examination 2027 is based on an 80-mark theory paper conducted for three hours. The published 2027 marking scheme distributes the 80 marks across nine chapters, with Partnership Accounting carrying 36 marks and Company Accounts/Financial Statement Analysis carrying 44 marks. The question paper structure includes 32 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each, followed by 10 questions of 2 marks each, 4 questions of 3 marks each and 4 questions of 4 marks each.
