RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026: Dates, Steps, Documents, Fee and Correction

RRB NTPC 2026 applications are open for both levels, Graduate and UG. The Graduate form opened on 8 October and closes on 6 November at 11:59 PM. The Undergraduate form opened on 15 October and closes on 13 November at 11:59 PM.

There are two separate forms. Graduate posts use CEN 06/2026. Undergraduate posts use CEN 07/2026. Both forms are on rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates should choose the form that matches their education.-

RRB NTPC 2026 has two open forms. Graduate CEN 06/2026 has 3,548 vacancies and opened on 8 October. Undergraduate CEN 07/2026 is for Class 12 pass candidates, has 1,688 vacancies, and opened on 15 October.

Graduate vacancies are final at 3,548. Some pages still show 3,477. That was the early number from the indicative notice. Use 3,548. The UG count of 1,688 may change in the full notice.

RRB NTPC Application Dates 2026

Graduate forms run from 8 October to 6 November, with fee due 8 November and edits from 9 to 18 November. UG forms run from 15 October to 13 November, with fee due 15 November and edits from 16 to 25 November.

Fee payment closes two days after the form. That gap is only for forms you already submitted. Do not wait for it. Submit the form and pay on the same day.

How to Apply for RRB NTPC 2026

1. Open rrbapply.gov.in.
2. Choose CEN 06/2026 for Graduate posts or CEN 07/2026 for UG posts.
3. Click Create an Account. Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID.
4. Verify your account with the OTP.
5. Log in. Fill in your personal, education, and category details.
6. Choose your post and your RRB, as the CEN allows.
7. Upload your photo and signature in the size the CEN asks for.
8. Pay the fee online.
9. Check every detail. Then submit the form.
10. Save your registration number, a copy of the form, and the payment slip.

Candidates can pick only one RRB. Shortlisting happens RRB by RRB. So check the vacancies in your category before you choose. A board with fewer seats does not mean an easier exam.

Documents For RRB NTPC 2026

Keep your Class 10 or birth certificate, Class 12 or graduation details, Aadhaar or other ID, photo, and signature ready. Add category, EWS or PwBD certificates if they apply to you.

RRB NTPC Application Fee 2026

General, OBC, and EWS candidates pay INR 500. SC, ST, ex-servicemen, PwBD, female, transgender, minority, and EBC candidates pay INR 250. After you appear in CBT 1, INR 400 or INR 250 is refunded, after bank charges. Always check your CEN before you pay.

These amounts come from the last NTPC cycle. The 2026 notice may change them. Refund comes only after you appear in CBT 1. Bank charges are deducted from the amount.

RRB NTPC Application Correction 2026

Graduates can edit the form from 9 to 18 November 2026. A fee may apply. Some fields may stay locked. UG dates are not out yet. Check the CEN for what you can and cannot change.
