Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are qualifying in nature and only play a role in testing the physical endurance of the candidates. The candidates must appear for these tests to assess their suitability for the posts. Ladakh candidates have some different specifications mentioned by the commission, where the required criteria are comparatively less than the normal ones.
