The letter falsely claimed that SSC would revise the SSC CHSL 2024 result and sought details of unfilled vacancies. SSC confirmed that no such letter has been released by its regional or central offices. The Commission has advised departments not to act on the fake letter and to report any related dossiers as suspicious.

The Staff Selection Commission commenced the SSC CHSL exam 2025 from September 08 to 18, 2025. Candidates could download their SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 for Tier I from the regional official websites.
