SSC CHSL Tier 2 Marking Scheme 2026
After downloading the SSC CHSL answer key, candidates can compare their recorded responses with the provisional correct answers to calculate an estimated score. According to the supplied exam information, candidates receive three marks for each correct answer, while one mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. Unattempted questions receive no marks.
Candidates can calculate their estimated score using the following formula:
Estimated Score = (Correct Answers × 3) − (Incorrect Answers × 1)
For example, if a candidate answers 100 questions correctly and 20 questions incorrectly, the estimated score under this formula would be:
(100 × 3) − (20 × 1) = 280 marks
This is an illustrative calculation. Candidates should check the official examination instructions to confirm the applicable marking rules for their specific sections and modules.
