IIHMR University Jaipur, was originally established as the Institute of Health Management Research in 1984. The university, also known as IIHMR Jaipur, is a private institution that offers PG courses and research education in Health Management. IIHMR University is approved by the UGC. The entrance exams accepted by the institute are CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GPAT, CUET-PG and IIHMR-U MAT.

IIHMR University was ranked 2nd in Rajasthan by Business Today in 'Top 100 Private B-Schools' in 2023. The university was also ranked 90th by NIRF 2022 under the Management category. It has also been identified as the 'Institute of Excellence' for its great contribution to improving health systems by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

XAT 2026 application form was released on 10 July, 2025. The XAT 2026 exam is scheduled on 4 January 2026. Eligible candidates can register themselves via online mode, as there is no offline method provided. Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur at the University Level. XLRI Jamshedpur organises XAT exam once a year via online (CBT) mode.

The University offers MBA programs in various specialisations such as Hospital and Health Management, Development Management, Pharmaceutical Management and Healthcare Analytics. The university also offers Master of Public Health, Master of Public Health (Implementation Science) and Ph.D courses. Admissions are based on CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GPAT, CUET-PG and IIHMR-U MAT entrance exams. The fee structure at the institute varies depending on the programs. For MBA in Hospital and Health Management, Development Management and Pharmaceutical Management, the fees are INR 12.5 lakh, INR 7 lakh and INR 11 lakh, respectively. IIHMR University has started its admission process for the MBA 2025 batch. Admissions are based on scores from entrance exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GPAT, CUET-PG or IIHMR-U MAT, followed by a Personal Interview. The different stages of the admission process are tabulated below:

XAT 2026 Registration

• XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
• Online payment gateways such as Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets) is available.

IIHMR University Placements 2025

The highest package offered during IIHMR Jaipur placements in 2022-24 was INR 35.6 LPA, and the average was INR 7.8 LPA. PwC, Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte, Cognizant, Cipla, Piramal, Bain & Co. and BCG were some of the leading companies that participated in the drive.
