Indus Business Academy, Bangalore, offers admission to a PGDM program with 8 specialisations, i.e., Retail Management, Operations, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Business Analytics. The institute also offers 4 Dual Specialisation combinations, i.e., Marketing + Retail & E-Commerce, Finance + Operations, Human Resources Management + International Business, AI & Business Analytics + Entrepreneurship, under the PGDM program.

 

All the courses at IBA Bangalore are approved by AICTE, NBA, and AIU. The institute courses are also internationally accredited by the South Asian Quality Assurance System and the International Accreditation Council for Business Education.

 

Candidates with a graduation degree with 50 minimum marks can apply for the courses. The admission process also involves valid marks in national or state-level entrance exams i.e., CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ GATE/ MAH-CET/ KMAT/ NMAT/ PGCET. After the shortlisting, candidates will be called for the selection phase. IBA Bangalore flagship PGDM program fee is INR 10,32,000 for two years. The IBA PGDM program intake is 180 students.

 

CAT 2025 registration started on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be available for download from 5 November to 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the results are likely to be announced in the first week of January 2026. The CAT application fee has been revised to INR 2600 for General category candidates and INR 1300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

 

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

Indus Business Academy PGDM Admissions 2025

Indus Business Academy offers its flagship PGDM program with 8 specializations. The course is a 2-year residential program, in which students can opt for dual specializations. The course is split into six trimesters. After the completion of the 3rd trimester, students will have to attend an extensive Corporate Internship for 6 months.

  • To be eligible for the Indus Business Academy PGDM program, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks if they are from the general category.
  • Applicants from SC/ST categories can apply with a minimum of 45% marks.
  • The bachelor's degree must be from any statutory university approved by UGC.
  • UG final-year students can also apply for the IBA PGDM program.
  • The selection criteria involve entrance exam scores. Candidates must qualify for any of these entrance exams:CAT 2024 /XAT 2025 /CMAT 2025 /MAT 2024 /MAT 2025 /ATMA 2025 /GMAT 2024 /GATE 2023 /GATE 2024 /MAH-CET 2024 /KMAT 2024 /NMAT /PGCET 2024.
  • Along with the application form, candidates will be required to attach and submit their entrance exam scorecard.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for final selection.

Students can pick their specialization after the 2nd trimester. They can opt for a single specialization or dual specialization in the third trimester as per their preference. Indus Business Academy Final Selection Criteria 2025:

Indus Business Academy follows a structured selection process, which is called the admission phase. All the admissions to IBA Bangalore will solely be based on their academic merit and admission phase performance. The original scorecard of aptitude test score, statement of purpose, and GD-PI performance will be verified and assessed at the GD-PI centre of Indus Business Academy. The academic profile involves 10 marks for each degree of merit, i.e., 10th standard, 12th standard, and UG degree and 5 marks for work experience or extracurricular activities.

 

Indus Business Academy Application Process 2025

Indus Business Academy Bangalore invites online applications. To apply for IBA Courses, students must fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for IBA Courses. After that, they can follow the below-given step-by-step process to apply for the IBA Bangalore courses:

  • Go to applyonline.iba.ac.in and fill out the online application form.
  • Register yourself with a valid email ID and phone number.
  • You will receive an email with your username and password.
  • Pay the application fee and submit the documents.
  • After filling out the form, applicants will receive a copy of their completed application form as a PDF.
  • Indus Business Academy will review the application form and shortlist candidates.
  • After shortlisting, applicants will receive another email to be called for the selection process.
  • The email will have a selection process date and time.
  • Applicants must attend the designated location on the scheduled date and time with original and photocopies of the required documents.
  • The result will be communicated to the students within 3-4 days after the selection process.
  • Selected applicants will receive an admission letter via email and post.
  • Applicants must send a confirmation email of acceptance within the mentioned deadline.
  • To confirm the admission, students must pay the admission fee, security deposit, and the first instalment of the tuition fee.

  • You can complete the form in multiple sessions — your progress will be saved automatically.

  • XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
  • To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
  • Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
  • In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
  • The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
  • Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
  • Online facility is available to submit the fee.
  • INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
