15 Sept, 2025 : IIM Kozhikode has extended the CAT 2025 registration deadline. Candidates can now apply until September 20, 2025. CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for November 30, 2025, and will be held in multiple shifts across more than 170 cities.
7 Aug, 2025 : MAT 2025 will be held on September 21 for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) and September 28 for the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Registrations are now open and will close on September 15 for PBT and September 22 for CBT.

Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SVIMS) offers a 2-year full-time Master of Management Studies (MMS) program that is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and approved by AICTE and DTE.

 

Candidates need to hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks to meet the eligibility criteria. Further, the selection criteria are dependent upon the marks scored by students in relevant entrance exams such as MH-CET and other exams that are approved by the University of Mumbai, such as MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, MAH CET, ATMA, GMAT, NMAT, SNAP, or SMAT.

 

CAT 2025 registration started on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be available for download from 5 November to 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the results are likely to be announced in the first week of January 2026. The CAT application fee has been revised to INR 2,600 for General category candidates and INR 1,300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

 

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

  • To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
  • Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
  • In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
  • The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
