Master in Hotel Management (MHM) is a two-year postgraduate program that focuses on the intricacies of the hospitality sector. The eligibility criteria include passing a bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably related to hospitality with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. A 5% relaxation is offered for the reserved category. Admission to the MHM is based on the entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/GMAT/ CUET PG, etc. However, some universities also offer admission based on the merit obtained in the qualifying degree.

 

The course fee ranges from INR 50,000 to INR 2,00,000 in government and private colleges. MHM Admission Process

The Admission process for MHM might be different for all colleges. The admission process of IMS Unison University is given for reference:

 

Step 1: Fill out the Registration Form found on the university website (www.iuu.ac).

 

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee: Pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 1,000 through Online methods such as (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking)Cash at the University Cash Counter.

 

Step 3: Obtain Registration Number & Submit Documents: Upon successful payment, a receipt with a registration number will be generated, which should be saved for future reference. Email the payment receipt along with all required scanned documents to admission@iuu.ac.

 

Step 4: After application submission, the admission committee will check seat availability and candidate eligibility. General Aptitude Test (GAT) & Personal Interview (PI): All eligible candidates must appear for a GAT and a Personal Interview. Merit will be determined based on: Class XII marks, GAT scores, PI scores
