MSc Cyber Security is a 2-year postgraduate degree program, which often varies in specialisations with either broad or narrow curriculum. MSc Cyber Security Admission Process

Admission to MSc Cyber Security is primarily based on CUET PG or other institute-specific exams. The application process is online and quick. Here, a step-wise admission process for MSc Cyber Security at NFSU is given for your reference.

 

Step 1: Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree such as B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, B.Sc. (IT/CS/Electronics), or BCA with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). Applications are submitted online via the NFSU official website. Candidates fill out the form, pay the application fee, and upload the payment proof.

 

Step 2: Eligible candidates must take the NFAT entrance exam, which tests technical topics like networking, programming, operating systems, and general skills including reasoning and English. Alternatively, candidates with a valid GATE score can apply. Seats are allocated equally based on NFAT and GATE merit lists. Remaining vacant seats from either list are transferred to the other.

 

Step 3: NFSU publishes merit lists for NFAT and GATE candidates. Shortlisted applicants undergo counselling and document verification. Final admission is confirmed after successful verification and fee payment.
