NMAT registration 2026 has started from August 20, 2026 and the last date to apply is October 10, 2026. Candidates can apply for the exam online through the official website i.e. mba.com/exams/nmat. NMAT Registration Fees 2026

NMAT 2026 registration fee is Rs 3,000 plus taxes, with retake and rescheduling fees of Rs 3,000 and Rs 1,200, respectively. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card, Internet Banking and Diners Club. The fees are non-refundable except for verified transaction failures.

*Note: Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical failures during payment processing confirmed by GMAC.

How to Apply for NMAT 2026?

Registering for the NMAT exam 2026 involves creating an account, completing your candidate profile, submitting the application form, selecting schools, uploading your photograph, and paying the exam fee. The step by step process for NMAT registration 2026 is given below:

  1. Visit mba.com/nmat and click “Create your NMAT Account”. Enter a valid email address and create your account.
  2. Complete the remaining details under Manage NMAT Profile.
  3. Check your email for the verification link and follow the instructions to verify your account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder or use the Resend Email Verification option on the NMAT page.
  4. Once your account is verified, click NMAT by GMAC Dashboard to access your Candidate Dashboard.
  5. Complete the NMAT application form. Ensure that your name and date of birth exactly match the details on your Photo ID.
  6. In the School Preferences section, select the B-schools to which you want to send your NMAT scores. Your registration fee includes score reporting to up to 5 schools. Additional schools can be selected for Rs 400 + applicable taxes per school.
  7. Upload a recent photograph taken within the last 6 months. The photograph should resemble your current appearance and match your Photo ID. It will also appear on your admit card.
  8. Pay the applicable exam fee to complete the registration process. Candidates can pay the registration fee using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card, Internet Banking and Diners Club.

NMAT Rescheduling Registration 2026

Candidates can take NMAT up to three times in a testing cycle, including the first attempt and up to two retakes. If the previous attempt has a valid score, the next exam date must be at least seven days later. If the previous attempt shows No Show, NDA Refused or Exam Incomplete, a new exam can be scheduled 24 hours later, subject to availability. Rescheduling is permitted subject to the applicable deadline and availability; the official terms specify rescheduling no later than 72 hours before the scheduled test. The fee for rescheduling is Rs 1,200 + applicable taxes.\

  • Log in to candidate dashboard and click Book Exam Slot.
  • Select At Test Centre as the exam mode and click Submit.
  • On the scheduler, click proceed and read and accept the applicable policies.
  • Select country, city, and test centre, followed by preferred exam date and time.
  • After scheduling the exam, candidates can download the NMAT Admit Card from the Candidate Dashboard.

NMAT Retake Registration 2026

NMAT retake payment become available after the previous attempt. Once the retake fee has been paid, candidates can click Retake Exam on the Candidate Dashboard and select their preferred location, date, and time.
