MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2026 require candidates to meet specific educational, marks, and age requirements for both the 5-year and 3-year LLB courses. For the 5-year LLB course, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam. General category candidates need 45% marks, SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra need 40%, and VJNT, SBC, and OBC candidates from Maharashtra require 42% marks. The age limit for general category candidates is 20 years, while SC/ST and other reserved category candidates can apply until 22 years.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2026 for 5-Year LLB

To be eligible for the Five-Year LLB course, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Students must have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination, Intermediate Examination, or 12th Board Examination from a recognised state or national education board.
• Students should have secured at least 45% marks in total.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category of Maharashtra are eligible with a minimum of 40% marks due to relaxation in aggregate marks.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2026 for 3-Year LLB

To be eligible for the Three-Year LLB course, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must have graduated in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Candidates appearing for their final year exams in the same year are also eligible to apply.
• Those who completed Class 10 or 12 through distance learning or correspondence can apply, provided they completed Classes 1 to 9 in a regular school affiliated with a recognised state or national board.
• Candidates who obtained their graduation degree from an Open University with a preparatory examination are also eligible to apply and participate in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for admission.
