RRB Group D Eligibility for Male:
- Candidates must lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes, in one attempt, without putting the weight down.
- They must also be able to run 1000 meters (1 km) in 4 minutes and 15 seconds, again in one attempt.
RRB Group D Eligibility for Female:
- Female candidates must lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes, in one attempt, without putting the weight down.
- They must also be able to run 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds, in one attempt.
For Persons with Disabilities (PWD):
- PWD candidates are exempted from the Physical Efficiency Test.
- However, after clearing the CBT (Computer-Based Test), they will need to pass the medical examination that is specifically prescribed for their category.
