Yes, WBBSE Board Exam 2026 Application process is very important because it is mandatory for all students. Without it, no student would be permitted to appear for the WB Madhyamik exams 2026. Students must visit the official WBBSE website and enrol themselves between 11 AM, 2nd December, 2025, and 12 Midnight, 19th December, 2025.

WBBSE Board Exam 2026 will begin from February 2 to February 12, 2026. The practical exams and internal assessments may be held a little before that. The board has released the official timetable, and students are required to review it and begin their preparation immediately.

Last year, the Education Ministry announced that board exams would be held twice a year. However, the Board has not released any official notification regarding the same. WBBSE Board Exam 2026 will run from February 2 to February 12, 2026. The timetable is: First Languages (February 2), Second Languages (February 3), History (February 6), Geography (February 7), Mathematics (February 9), Physical Sciences (February 10), Life Sciences (February 11), and Optional Elective Subjects (February 12).

The time required to finish WBBSE Board Exam 2026 Syllabus depends on the students. WBBSE gives students around a whole year to finish the syllabus. However, in general, all students must complete the preparation for WBBSE Class 10 syllabus at least a month before the final exam. This way, the students will have sufficient time to revise the syllabus and practice the previous year’s papers. If students prepare a timetable that includes at least 4 to 6 hours of daily study time, they can finish the syllabus on time.
