MTech Chemical Engineering Admission Process 2025

The MTech Chemical Engineering admission process is based on the entrance exam.This exam can either be national, such as GATE, or university-specific. Candidates are requested to check the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application form. The admission process of VIT Vellore is mentioned below:

  • Step 1: At first, candidates will need to register themselves for the VITMEE (VIT Master Entrance Examination. This is a computer-based entrance exam.
  • Step 2: Fill out the application form with the registration number for MTech Chemical Engineering available on the website of VIT Chennai and submit the form by paying the applicable fee. The fees can be paid through online mode of payment, credit card, debit card or netbanking.
  • Step 3: Then, students must register for the VITMEE examination and appear for it on the specified date.
  • Step 4: Students who have qualified for VITMEE will be shortlisted by the university.
