Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has released the AEEE 2025 Exam pattern on its official website, aeee.amrita.edu. The AEEE 2025 exam will be conducted in two phases, with Phase 1 scheduled for February 1, 2, and 3, 2025, and Phase 2 to be held in April 2025. The exam will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) in online mode, and the question paper will be in English. Candidates will have a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the paper. It will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The subject-wise question distribution includes 40 questions from Mathematics, 30 from Physics, 25 from Chemistry, and 5 from English. Each correct response will carry 3 marks.

Marking Scheme & Distribution of Questions:

  • Syllabus: The questions are based on the syllabus in Class 11th & Class 12th.
  • Type of questions: Every question has four alternative and multiple-choice responses. Candidates select the best response for every question in the Computer Based Test (CBT) modality. Marked responses are subject to revision before the final submission of all responses.
  • Marking scheme: 3 (Three) marks are awarded for each correct answer and -1 (negative one) for each wrong answer.

AEEE 2025 CBT Guidelines

 

Candidates can check various exam day guidelines for the AEEE exam below:

  • The examination rooms/halls for CBT are opened one hour before the commencement of the test on the respective dates.
  • Thirty minutes before the exam, the applicants should be seated in the examination room.
  • If the candidates do not report on time, they will likely miss some general instructions announced in the examination hall.
  • A seat indicating the roll number is allocated to each candidate. Candidates should find out and occupy only their allotted seats.
  • The candidate must show, on demand, the AEEE 2025 admit card for admission in the examination room/hall.
  • The test will start precisely at the time mentioned in the AEEE 2025 admit card. During the examination, the invigilator checks the admit card to confirm the identity of each candidate.
