Factors Affecting CUET Cutoff 2025

CUET Cutoff 2025 will depend on several factors, such as the difficulty level of the exams, the availability of seats, and the number of applicants. Details of each factor are presented below:

  • Total number of applicants: The higher the number of applicants, the higher the cutoff marks are due to increased competition.
  • Difficulty level of the exam: If CUET UG question paper is easy, more students will score high, so that the cutoff will increase. If the question paper is hard, fewer students will score well, so the cutoff percentile will be lower.
  • Seat availability: CUET Cutoff marks are dependent on the number of seats. Fewer available seats lead to higher cutoffs, while more seats generally result in lower cutoffs.

CUET Cutoff 2024: BHU

According to the CUET Cutoff List 2024 of BHU, Faculty of Management Studies required 320-330 marks for General Category candidates and 228-234 for ST candidates. In contrast, for B.A. (Hons) and B.Com (Hons), CUET Cutoff marks ranged between 305 and 212 in colleges like MMV, VCW and VKM.
