CUET CSAS Counselling 2026: Seat Allocation

DU considers CUET scores and program-specific eligibility before allocating seats to candidates. The seat allocation depends on several factors, including program-specific merit, Category, availability of seats, and allocation rules. The process of seat allocation and admission is as follows:

  • Based on CUET scores and program-specific eligibility, candidates are allotted seats.
  • Candidates must accept the allocated seat before the last date, as it consists of a specific time.
  • If a candidate is offered multiple seats, they must accept only one of the allocated seats and take admission for that seat.
  • Once the candidates accept the seats, the concerned college verifies the documents and eligibility of those candidates.
  • If the college approves the seat acceptance, then the candidates need to pay the "admission fee".
  • In case of rejection by colleges due to falsified documents or non-fulfilment of eligibility criteria, colleges raise queries. Candidates must respond online through the dashboard within the given period.
  • Once the query is solved, colleges approve a seat for candidates.
