GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: To apply for GUJCET 2025, students had to meet specific domicile, academic, and subject group criteria. GUJCET 2025 Educational Qualification

To appear for GUJCET 2025, candidates needed to pass Class 12 (or an equivalent exam) in the science stream from a recognized board. The minimum required subjects and aggregate varied slightly based on the course applied for.

GUJCET 2025 Application Process

Once candidates confirmed their eligibility based on domicile, academic background, and reserved category status, the next step was to complete the GUJCET 2025 application form online. Here's how the process worked step-by-step:

 

Step 1. Go to the Official GUJCET Website

Students had to visit the GUJCET portal and click on the “Online Application” button. A new window appeared asking for basic registration details like full name, mobile number, and email ID.

 

Step 2. Finish Registration to Get Login Credentials

After submitting the registration form, an OTP was sent to the registered mobile/email for verification. Once verified, a unique User ID and password were generated for logging in.

 

Step 3. Make the Payment Before Filling the Form

Next, candidates had to pay the application fee of ₹350 through UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card. Late applicants were required to pay ₹1,350 during the extended window.

 

Step 4. Fill in Personal, Academic, and Exam Details

After login in, candidates filled in their personal details, educational background, board information, and preferred exam centre. Double-checking before submission was advised.

 

Step 5. Upload the Required Documents

A passport-size photograph and signature had to be uploaded in JPG or JPEG format (5 KB–50 KB). Files beyond this range or unclear images could lead to rejection.

 

Step 6. Submit and Save the Confirmation Page

Once all sections were completed and payment was successful, candidates had to submit the form. A confirmation page appeared, which had to be saved and printed for future reference.
