Students who fill out the GUJCET 2026 application form also had to pay the registration fee to complete the process. The payment could be made only through online modes like debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Forms without successful fee payment were treated as incomplete and not accepted.

Note: The fee will be non‑refundable, so students were advised to double‑check their personal details before making the payment. Once the transaction is successful, a payment receipt is generated on the portal, which needs to be saved for future reference.

How to Fill GUJCET Application Form 2026?

Candidates could fill out the GUJCET 2026 application form only through the official website, gujcet.gseb.org. The entire process involved six key steps, from registration to downloading the confirmation page.

Step 1. Go to the Official GUJCET Website

Students had to visit the GUJCET portal and click on the “Online Application” button. A new window appeared asking for basic registration details like full name, mobile number, and email ID.

Step 2. Finish Registration to Get Login Credentials

After submitting the registration form, an OTP was sent to the registered mobile/email for verification. Once verified, a unique User ID and password were generated for logging in.

Step 3. Make the Payment Before Filling the Form

Next, candidates had to pay the application fee of INR 350 through UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card. Late applicants were required to pay INR 1,350 during the extended window.

Step 4. Fill in Personal, Academic, and Exam Details

After logging in, candidates had to fill in their personal details, educational background, board information, and preferred exam centre. Double-checking before submission is advised.

Step 5. Upload the Required Documents

A passport-size photograph and signature had to be uploaded in JPG or JPEG format (5 KB–50 KB). Files beyond this range or unclear images can lead to rejection.

Step 6. Submit and Save the Confirmation Page

Once all sections are completed and payment is successful, candidates had to submit the form. A confirmation page appeared, which had to be saved and printed for future reference.

Applicants were advised to carefully go through all guidelines before starting the GUJCET Application Process 2026. Even small mistakes can lead to rejection or delays in verification.

• The choice of exam centre had to be selected cautiously, as no changes were allowed once the form is submitted. Applicants are reminded that only one form per candidate will be accepted.
• Scanned photographs and signatures needed to be clear, properly visible, and uploaded in the correct dimensions and file size. Blurred or incorrect uploads can make the form invalid.
