GUJCET 2025 Application Process: Eligibility, Fees, Steps & More

GUJCET 2025 Applications opened on December 17, 2024, on the official portal at gujcet.net. Students could fill the form, upload documents, and submit the fee online till January 7, 2025. The portal remained open from January 8 to 15 with a late fee. The admit cards were issued on March 11, and the exam was held on March 23.

Candidates who passed Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the science stream were allowed to apply as per the GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria. There was no upper age limit for admission.

The application was treated as complete only after paying the INR 350 registration fee. Students also had to upload a scanned photograph, signature, and basic academic details like Class 10 and 12 marks. A short correction window was available from January 15 to 17, so all details had to be verified before final submission. These steps were mandatory for appearing in the GUJCET 2025 Exam.

GUJCET 2025 Application Dates

The GUJCET 2025 registration started on December 17, 2024, through the official site gujcet.net. Students had around two weeks to fill the form and pay the normal fee, as the standard deadline was January 7, 2025. For those who missed it, there was another chance with a late fee window. After the process got over, admit cards were released on March 11, 2025, about two weeks before the exam. The test itself was conducted on March 23, 2025, at centres across Gujarat.

GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students who wanted to appear for GUJCET 2025 needed to meet the rules set by GSEB for engineering and pharmacy admissions. These included nationality, educational requirements, and subject combinations in Class 12. Anyone who failed to meet even one condition was not considered for the merit list or seat allotment.

GUJCET 2025 Registration Fee

Students who filled the GUJCET 2025 application form also had to pay the registration fee to complete the process. The payment could be made only through online modes like debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Forms without successful fee payment were treated as incomplete and not accepted.

The fee was non‑refundable, so students were advised to double‑check their personal details before making the payment. Once the transaction was successful, a payment receipt was generated on the portal, which needed to be saved for future reference.

How to Fill GUJCET 2025 Application Form?

Candidates could fill out the GUJCET 2025 application form only through the official website, gujcet.gseb.org. The entire process involved six key steps, from registration to downloading the confirmation page.

Step 1. Go to the Official GUJCET Website

Students had to visit the GUJCET portal and click on the “Online Application” button. A new window appeared asking for basic registration details like full name, mobile number, and email ID.

Step 2. Finish Registration to Get Login Credentials

After submitting the registration form, an OTP was sent to the registered mobile/email for verification. Once verified, a unique User ID and password were generated for logging in.

Step 3. Make the Payment Before Filling the Form

Next, candidates had to pay the application fee of ₹350 through UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card. Late applicants were required to pay ₹1,350 during the extended window.

Step 4. Fill in Personal, Academic, and Exam Details

After login in, candidates filled in their personal details, educational background, board information, and preferred exam centre. Double-checking before submission was advised.

Step 5. Upload the Required Documents

A passport-size photograph and signature had to be uploaded in JPG or JPEG format (5 KB–50 KB). Files beyond this range or unclear images could lead to rejection.

Step 6. Submit and Save the Confirmation Page

Once all sections were completed and payment was successful, candidates had to submit the form. A confirmation page appeared, which had to be saved and printed for future reference.

Documents Required for GUJCET 2025 Application

To avoid errors while filling the GUJCET 2025 form, students made sure to keep all required documents ready beforehand. The photo and signature had to be scanned clearly and uploaded in the exact size and format as mentioned by the board. Without these, the form couldn’t be submitted.

GUJCET 2025 Application Important Instructions

Applicants were advised to carefully go through all guidelines before starting the GUJCET 2025 application process. Even small mistakes could lead to rejection or delays in verification.

• The choice of exam centre had to be selected cautiously as no changes were allowed once the form was submitted. Applicants were reminded that only one form per candidate was accepted.
• Scanned photographs and signatures needed to be clear, properly visible, and uploaded in the correct dimensions and file size. Blurred or incorrect uploads could make the form invalid.
• A valid email ID and mobile number were compulsory at the time of registration because all exam-related updates, including admit card release, were sent only to the registered contacts.
• The application fee of INR 350 had to be paid through SBIePay using debit/credit card, net banking, or offline at any SBI branch. Forms without successful fee payment were treated as incomplete.
• It was suggested to keep a printed copy of the filled application form and payment receipt for future use. These documents were also required during the admission process.
• A correction window was provided after the registration period, but only limited details could be edited during that time. Therefore, applicants were advised to review everything carefully before final submission.
• The admit card was made available on March 11, 2025, and could be downloaded from the same portal before the exam date.
