How to check GUJCET 2025 Result

Candidates are provided with a step-by-step procedure to check GUJCET 2025 result. The GSEB released the GUJCET result online on the official website.

• Then fill in the six-digit seat number in the given space and submit.
• GUJCET scorecard will appear on the screen in PDF format.

Details on GUJCET 2025 Scorecard

The following details are mentioned on GUJCET 2025 scorecard:

• Name of the Candidate
• Father’s Name

GUJCET 2025 Merit List

The GUJCET 2025 merit list is prepared based on marks from both the Class 12 (Senior Secondary) exam and the GUJCET 2025 exam. The merit list includes the names of students who qualify for the next steps of admission. The list is created by considering normalised scores (adjusted scores) and the number of available seats. Students can check their rank online, but there will be no merit list displayed by name. The GUJCET 2025 merit list was declared on June 7, 2025.

• Normalisation is used to ensure fairness because different exam sets may have different difficulty levels.
• Final score formula:(0.60 × Class 12 marks) + (0.40 × GUJCET 2025 marks) = Final Score
• 60% of Class 12 marks
• 40% of GUJCET 2025 marks

GUJCET 2025 Tie-Breaker Rules

If two or more students get the same marks in GUJCET 2025, the following rules will be used to decide who gets a higher rank:

1. Higher marks in Physics and Mathematics will be given preference.
2. If the tie still exists, higher marks in Mathematics and Chemistry will be considered.
3. If the tie is not resolved, section-wise marks in all subjects will be compared.
4. Finally, based on the final score, the merit list will be prepared.

GUJCET 2025 Counselling Process

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will conduct the GUJCET 2025 Counselling. The process includes registration, seat allotment, and final admission.

Steps in the GUJCET 2025 Counselling Process

1. Registration and Counselling Form Submission
2. Filling the Detailed Application Form
3. Release of Merit List
4. Seat Allotment
5. Reporting at the Allotted Institute

• Candidates must visit the official website and register for the counselling process.
• Basic details like father’s name and mobile number need to be provided.
• Candidates must enter personal, academic, and competitive exam details (GUJCET 2025/JEE Main application number).
• A provisional merit list will be released based on marks obtained in GUJCET 2025 or JEE Main.
• Seat allotment will be done based on the merit list.
• Seats will be allocated based on GUJCET 2025 scores.
• Candidates can check their seat allotment results by logging in with their User ID and password.
• Those satisfied with their seats must confirm their admission by paying the required fee.
• Payment can be made online (via net banking/ credit/ debit card) or offline (at a Kotak Mahindra Bank branch).
• An admission slip will be generated after payment.
• Candidates unsatisfied with their allotted seats can participate in the next counselling rounds.
• Candidates who accept their seats must report to the assigned institute and submit required documents:
• Admission slip
• Payment receipt/challan
• Information letter
• Other necessary documents

GUJCET 2025 Counselling: Document Verification

Before the start of classes, candidates who have been allotted seats must complete the document verification process as part of GUJCET 2025 Counselling. Once verified, candidates must report to their respective institutes to complete the remaining admission formalities.
