IBPS PO Application Form 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) extended the application deadline for the IBPS PO 2025 exam. Candidates were able to submit their applications until July 28, 2025, instead of the earlier deadline of July 21, 2025. The registration process began on July 1, 2025. The fee payment window also remained open from July 1 to July 28, 2025.

 

IBPS released the official notification for 5208 Probationary Officer vacancies on June 30, 2025, on its official site ibps.in. Candidates wishing to participate in the recruitment process needed to apply within the defined timeline. It is important to note that IBPS does not allow any corrections to the application form once submitted.

 

According to the official announcement, the IBPS PO Preliminary exam was scheduled as a Computer-Based Test on August 17, 23, and 24, 2025. The Main examination is planned for October 12, 2025. How to Fill IBPS PO Application Form 2025?

Candidates must follow the tips below to fill out the application form for IBPS PO 2025 exam.

 

Step 1: Visit the Official IBPS Website

Candidates should open the official IBPS website at ibps.in. On the homepage, they need to find the notification or link related to "CRP PO/MT-XV" (Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees). Clicking this will take candidates to the online application portal.

 

Step 2: New Registration

  • The photograph must be in JPEG format, size 20-50 KB, dimensions roughly 200 x 230 pixels.
  • Signature must be in black ink on a white background, JPEG format, size 10-20 KB, dimensions around 140 x 60 pixels.Signatures in capital letters are not accepted.

 

Step 5: Upload Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration

Candidates must also upload their left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration in scanned format:

  • Left thumb impression should be in blue or black ink on white paper, size 20-50 KB, dimensions about 240 x 240 pixels.
  • The handwritten declaration must be written in English on plain white paper, scanned in JPEG format, size 50-100 KB, dimensions about 800 x 400 pixels.The declaration text will be provided in the notification, and candidates must write it exactly as instructed.

  • Personal Details: Including category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwBD), nationality, gender, date of birth, parents’ names, address, and contact details.
