IIFT has transitioned to using CAT 2025 scores for admissions to its MBA (International Business) program. Previously, IIFT conducted its entrance exam. However, this has been discontinued for MBA admissions. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) commenced its admission process and registrations for the 2025 academic session on October 17, 2024, with the deadline for submitting the application form being November 22, 2024. International and NRI candidates will continue to be considered based on their GMAT 2025 scores.
Previously, the IIFT exam was conducted as a separate common aptitude test for admission to these MBA programs at the Delhi, Kolkata, and Kakinada campuses. The exam was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the institute and shared similarities with other MBA entrance exams in India.

- Click on 'Apply for IIFT MBA (IB) 2025-27' and select new registration
- Fill in the basic details and click on submit
- Enter the password and choose a security question
- Note down the system-generated application number to log in again
- Log in again and fill out the IIFT 2025 application form with valid details
- Upload photo, signature and certificates
- Pay application fee via debit/credit card, net banking or e-wallet

Documents Required for Filling IIFT 2025 Application Form

IIFT 2025 Exam Pattern
The online exam is conducted for 2 hours in the English language. The total number of multiple-choice questions MCQs asked ranges from 110-130. The total marks are 300. These are 4 sections/subjects with a tentative number of questions asked:

IIFT 2025 Selection Criteria
IIFT selection criteria 2025 has been released by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade on its official website. According to the IIFT selection procedure, the candidates will be shortlisted for GD & PI based on their CAT 2024 score.
