JEECUP 2025 Application Process: JEECUP 2025 Exam is going to take place between 5th June and 13th June. The application process concluded on 20th May, 2025. JEECUP 2025 Application Process was conducted online through the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in from 15th January 2025. The initial deadline for application submission was April 30, 2025. Later, it was extended till 20th May, considering the students’ interests. The application process involved certain stages such as candidate registration, registered candidate sign-in, application form submission, and fee payment. Meanwhile, JEECUP 2025 candidates were allowed to edit their application forms. The council opened the application correction window on 8th May, 2025, and remained active until 20th May, 2025.
Before filling out the application, candidates were advised to check JEECUP Eligibility Criteria 2025. It highlighted that candidates must be 14 years old (as of 1st July, 2025) and have no upper age limit. Steps to fill JEECUP Application Form 2025
Filling out JEECUP Application Form 2025 involved several steps. The candidates were required to complete the registration process first as part of the application process. A detailed breakdown of the application process is given below.
Step 1: Fresh Candidate Registration
In this phase, candidates could find eligibility criteria, fee structure, application form submission process, and payment procedures. The activities involved with this phase are as follows:
- Candidates had to visit the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
- Applicants were instructed to click on “Fresh candidate Registration”.
- Next, they were advised to click “Proceed” after reading JEECUP 2025 instructions.

- Next, a submit option appeared to complete the registration process successfully.
Step 2: Review the Filled Registration Form

- An email and SMS were sent with the application number and password.
Step 3: Filling up JEECUP Application Form 2025

Step 5: Fee payment for JEECUP Application Form 2025
After reviewing the filled details, candidates were instructed to pay JEECUP Registration fees through online/offline mode. The category-wise fee structure is presented below.
The council allowed candidates to pay both online and offline. The detailed process involved for both payment modes is as follows:
JEECUP 2025 application fee payment (online)
- Candidates were instructed to select the Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card option to pay the UPJEE application fee
- Then they had to enter the required details
- An OTP was generated and had to be filled in the form
- After successful payment, the candidates were able to print the acknowledgement page.
JEECUP 2025 application fee payment (offline)
- Candidates had to click on the fee payment through e-challan.
- E-Challan was generated, including specific details of the candidate and the amount to be paid.
- Applicants were instructed to take a printout.
- Following this, they were advised to make payment in the nearby State Bank of India (SBI) or ICICI Bank branch.
- Candidates received an acknowledgement slip once the payment was successful.
Step 6: Download and Print
In this final phase, candidates were asked to download and print the confirmation page to use it for future activities.

Documents Required For JEECUP Application Form 2025
Candidates were asked to keep essential documents ready before filling out the JEECUP 2025 Application Form. These include a scanned passport-size photograph and signature, marksheets of Class 10 and Class 12 (if applicable), a category certificate (for reserved category candidates), a domicile certificate (for UP residents), and a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar or PAN card). - Choose any recovery options, such as security question and answer, get OTP in the registered mobile number, or reset the password using the registered email.
