JEECUP 2025: Admit Card (Out), Exam (5th June), Exam Pattern, Syllabus

JEECUP 2025: Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has released the JEECUP 2025 Admit Card for Group A candidates on 28th May, 2025. The admit card for the remaining groups will be released soon. As per the revised schedule, the exam is going to take place between 5th June and 13th June, 2025. Previously, the exam was scheduled from 20th May to 28th May, 2025. JEECUP 2025 Application Process concluded on 20th May, 2025. 

The exam will be held in CBT mode. Candidates will have 2.5 hours to complete the test. A total of 100 objective-type questions will be asked for each course in the JEECUP Syllabus 2025. The syllabus is divided into ten groups: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and K. Each group signifies a specific course. For example, Group A signifies a Diploma in Engineering/Technology course while Group B indicates Agriculture Engineering. Each candidate must choose a particular group based on the course they aspire to apply for. JEECUP 2025 exam will involve 400 marks as a maximum score, no matter which group/course a candidate opts for.

JEECUP is a state-level examination that enables students to enrol in government and private polytechnic institutions in Uttar Pradesh. JEECUP offers diploma courses in technology, engineering, and pharmacy subjects. The JEECUP Exam is conducted once a year to offer undergraduate courses. As per the revised schedule, JEECUP 2025 exam is going to take place from 5th June. On 27th May, the authority issued the admit card for Group A aspirants. JEECUP 2025 Admit Card

JEECUP Admit Card 2025 has been released at the official website on 27th May 2025.  Candidates can download the admit card through jeecup.admissions.nic.in using their application number, password/ date of birth. The admit card includes important details such as: exam centre, exam date, reporting time, roll number, and general guidelines. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre. 

How to Download JEECUP Admit Card 2025?

Candidates appearing in the test can follow the simple steps below to download JEECUP Admit Card 2025:

• Candidates must visit the JEECUP 2025 official website. 
• Click on the “Download Admit Card” link.
• Candidates must log in using the application number, date of birth, or password. 
• Following this, Click on “Log in”.
• The admit card PDF will be ready to be downloaded.

JEECUP 2025 Exam Pattern

JEECUP 2025 Exam Pattern will be conducted in the CBT mode. The paper will have 100 multiple-choice questions, with 400 marks as a maximum score. Candidates will receive fourmarks for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for wrong or unattempted questions. The medium of the exam will be bilingual: English and Hindi. JEECUP 2025 Syllabus

JEECUP Syllabus 2025 differs across groups. For example, candidates applying for Group A (Engineering and Technology Diploma) must cover Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry based on the Class 10 syllabus. Similarly, those opting for Group B (Agriculture Engineering) should cover Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Agriculture. Candidates opting for non-technical groups like Group C (Fashion Designing, Home Science, and Textile Design) must focus on English & Hindi comprehension, Reasoning and Intelligence, and General Awareness. On the other hand, aspirants of Group D (Office Management) should focus on language comprehension, reasoning and intelligence, numerical ability, and general awareness. JEECUP 2025: How to Prepare?

Candidates need to create an effective learning plan to qualify for the JEECUP2025exam with a rank range between 1 and 500. Candidates need to have clarity on the JEECUP syllabus topics by adhering to the concepts in the textbooks. For instance, the candidates who opt for the Group A subject must be aligned with the textbook for class 10. On the other hand, the candidates willing to pursue the Group B course must read the books for class 12. Along with textbooks, solving previous years’ exam papers and mock test papers is required to achieve speed, precision, and time management. Some key points on the preparation tips are as follows:

JEECUP 2025 Answer Key 

JEECUP 2025 Answer Key will be released on 13th June, 2025, on the official website of JEECUP. Candidates will have to log in using their application number and password and check the answer keys for each course. This provisional answer key will enable candidates to cross-check their responses and estimate their scores before the day of result declaration (21st June, 2025). Most importantly, candidates can raise queries if they find any mismatch in the answer key. However, the candidates must pay INR 100 to challenge the JEECUP 2025 Answer Key. • Candidates will have to log in using their application number and password.
• Next, they have to select their opted groups.

JEECUP 2025 Result

JEECUP Results 2025 will be declared on 21st June 2025. The result/scorecard will contain scores and ranks of candidates, including their names and application ID. In addition, it will also include total marks obtained and subject-wise scores, by which the candidates can check their eligibility for the counselling process. 

Steps to Check JEECUP 2025 Result

To check the JEECUP 2025 result, candidates need to check the official portal and log in. After logging in, they can access the results containing the candidates' scores, rank, and qualifying status. Following this, candidates need to download and take a printout of the result as it will be required during counselling and admission process. The steps of downloading JEECUP 2025 Result are as follows:

• Enter the application number and password
• Click on the “Submit” option

JEECUP Cutoff Marks 2025

JEECUP Cutoff Marks 2025 will be released after the result declaration. However, based on trends from previous years, the cutoff marks can be expected to range between 67% and 77%. JEECUP Counselling 2025

After the result declaration, the council will update the date of the JEECUP Counselling Process 2025. The qualified candidates will have to register on the official website JEECUP and pay INR 250 as a counselling fee. The counselling process will be based on scores, ranks, choice preferences, and availability of seats across polytechnic institutions. After the seat allotment process, candidates must report to the institutes for document verification and pay an INR 3000 as a seat acceptance fee. 

JEECUP 2025 Application Process 

The registration process for JEECUP 2025 is closed now. It concluded on 20th May, 2025. Candidates could fill out the JEECUP 2025 application form through the official website of JEECUP. Below are the steps followed when filling out the application form for JEECUP 2025.

Step 1: JEECUP Registration

In this phase, candidates had to provide personal and contact information in the forms. 

• Personal information such as Name, Parent’s Name, Identity Type (Passport, or any other valid government ID), Identity Number, Date of Birth, and Gender.
• Contact information includes address, locality, state, pincode, email ID, and phone number. 

Step 2: Educational qualification and selecting the exam centre

In this phase, candidates had to upload scanned photographs of their marksheets and select preferred locations of exam centres.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Documents

In this phase, candidates had to upload photographs and signatures according to the prescribed format. The format is as follows: 

Step 4: Payment 

In this phase, candidates had to pay fees using a debit card/a credit card/netbanking. The best part about the JEECUP is that it allows offline and online payment. The candidates who did not have any options for online payment could download the e-Challan while filling out the form. Following this, they had to take a printout of the e-Challan and make payment in the nearby State Bank of India (SBI) or ICICI Bank branch. Once payment was confirmed, the acknowledgement slip page was generated. 

JEECUP Eligibility Criteria 2025

JEECUP Eligibility Criteria 2025 were set on educational qualification and age. The minimum age of candidates has been set as 14 years (as of 1st July, 2025). The eligibility criteria varied based on the chosen course group: for most diploma engineering courses, passing Class 10 with at least 35% marks was required, while groups like Pharmacy required Class 12 completion with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics.
