A total of 2276069 candidates registered, out of which 2209318 candidates have appeared for the NEET UG 2025 entrance exam. Previous Year NEET Cutoff Trends
NEET cutoff marks change every year based on the difficulty level of the exam, the number of test-takers, and the availability of seats. However, the percentile requirement remains the same: 50 percentile for General, 40 percentile for OBC/SC/ST, and 45 percentile for General-PwD. In NEET 2023, the General category cutoff marks were 720–137, while in 2022 it was 715–117, and in 2021 it was 720–138. The lowest cutoff for General in recent years was in 2022. Similarly, for OBC/SC/ST, the cutoff was 136–107 in 2023, 116–93 in 2022, and 137–108 in 2021. This shows that while percentiles stay the same, the cutoff marks vary depending on different factors each year.

Previous Year NEET Cutoff Trends
NEET cutoff marks change every year based on the difficulty level of the exam, the number of test-takers, and the availability of seats. However, the percentile requirement remains the same: 50 percentile for General, 40 percentile for OBC/SC/ST, and 45 percentile for General-PwD. In NEET 2023, the General category cutoff marks were 720–137, while in 2022 it was 715–117, and in 2021 it was 720–138. The lowest cutoff for General in recent years was in 2022. Similarly, for OBC/SC/ST, the cutoff was 136–107 in 2023, 116–93 in 2022, and 137–108 in 2021. This shows that while percentiles stay the same, the cutoff marks vary depending on different factors each year.
NEET 2023 Cutoff
