NEET Exam Pattern 2026 for re-exam has been revised by NTA. This year, NTA has given 15 minutes extra for candidates to complete the exam, so, the NEET Paper Timing is from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. The PwD/PwBD candidates will get a compensatory time till 6:20 PM. The Section B was removed last year. Section B previously included optional questions. The NEET Exam Pattern 2026 will now consist of 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), 45 each from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology, carrying a total of 720 marks.
