1. Visit the Website – Open the OJEE official website (ojee.nic.in).
2. Create a Login – A unique login ID must be created using a registered mobile number. The details will be sent via SMS.
3. Enter Details – Personal and academic details should be filled in the form.
4. Upload Documents – A scanned photograph and left-hand thumb impression must be uploaded as per the given size requirements.
5. Make Payment – The counselling fee should be paid using any available online payment method.

• All original certificates, mark sheets, required documents, and a duly prepared bond must be presented for provisional admission.
• Admission fees, based on the type of allotted college, can be paid online or through a demand draft.
• The option to Freeze or Float can be exercised as per preference.
• The original College Leaving Certificate or School Leaving Certificate must be submitted to receive the Provisional Admission Letter.
• Students who fail to report will be considered out of the system, and their allotted seat will be marked as vacant for the next round.
• To participate in the next round, fresh choice filling is required.

Withdrawal/ Resignation of Seats

If a candidate decides to leave or resign after admission but before the last date for withdrawal/resignation, they will get a refund of 90% of the admission fees paid, while 10% will be deducted as a processing fee. However, candidates are not allowed to resign after the deadline. If a candidate resigns after the due date and the seat is lost, no fees will be refunded, and the candidate may have to pay a financial penalty as decided by the State Government.

Odisha NEET Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to participate in the Odisha NEET UG counselling 2025 are as follows:

Nationality:

• Only Indian citizens, OCIs, NRIs, and PIOs can apply for Odisha NEET 2025 counselling.

Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed the Class 12 Board exam in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects.
• They must have secured the following minimum aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology:
  • General Category (GE): 50%
  • SC/ ST Candidates: 40%
  • Physically Challenged (PC-GE): 45%
  • Physically Challenged (SC/ST): 40%

Entrance Examination:

• Candidates must have qualified for NEET 2025. Those who did not appear or qualify for NEET 2025 are not eligible for counselling.

Domicile:
