The scholarships at ITM (SLS) Baroda University are categorized into three broad categories: General, SC/ST, and Minority. Each category has different eligibility requirements and the scholarship amount varies accordingly. Scholarships are available for Diploma, B.Tech, B.Arch, and D2D courses.

I(BU – Additional Support
Furthermore, ITM (SLS) Baroda University provides additional scholarships for B.Tech, B.Arch, and M.Arch students based on their 12th class scores. Additionally, fee relaxation of INR 25,000 per year is granted to B.Arch and Diploma Architecture students attaining a CPI of 6.0 from the second year of study onwards. SC/ST category students across all branches and courses receive the benefit of free transportation until the completion of their course.

To avail these scholarships, students are required to submit a set of documents. These include an income certificate, 10th/12th/Diploma results, admission letter, student bank account details, fee receipt for the semester, self-declaration, student Aadhar Card, caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates), and a bonafide certificate, minority certificate (for Minority candidates).
