Some of the top recruiters included Rockwell Automation, KPMG, Vedanta, Volvo Eicher, Adobe, Microsoft, FedEx, Accenture, Deloitte, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. During the placement drive for the MBA batch of 2022, in which 25 companies participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC stood at INR 25 LPA, which was offered by Amazon. The average CTC stood at INR 9 LPA.

Jamia Millia Islamia maintains a strong placement record, with leading companies such as KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, CDOT, EXL, regularly visiting the campus for placements. Around 92% of students were placed in the 2023 academic year. The highest package ranged between INR 15-20 LPA. During the placement drive of 2022, more than 100 companies participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC of INR 25 LPA was offered, whereas the average package stood at INR 9 LPA. In the placement drive of 2021, more than 100 students were placed, and around 10 MNCs participated. The highest CTC stood at INR 14 LPA, and there was an increase in the average CTC as compared to last year, which stood at INR 7 LPA. More than seven job offers were made by Deloitte to students in the M.Com department.
