Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, is one of the oldest and most well-known engineering colleges in Madhya Pradesh. It was founded in 1957 and is spread across 47 acres in Gwalior. The institute is affiliated with RGPV Bhopal but has been academically autonomous since 2002, allowing it to design its own courses.
