BA Psychology provides a balanced development experience and understanding how human behaviour and mental phenomena can be understood through a combination of a fundamental psychological theory and practical work. It is a six-semester course that trains students on the critical need of knowledge and skills that help to analyze, assess, and apply psychological principles in different contexts. BA in Psychology subjects includes developmental psychology, cognitive processes, clinical psychology, behavioral measurement as well as incorporating research methodology and experimentation methods to construct solid scientific basis.

 

In Bachelor of Arts Psychology, students learn a wide range of topics such as social behavior, organizational psychology, counseling, and neuro-physiological foundations of behavior. More depth and relevance are achieved with elective courses and inter-disciplinary courses such as media psychology, spirituality, consumer behavior, and newer areas such as artificial intelligence. Real world skills are developed using practical components such as internships, projects, and experimental labs. The curriculum is also focuses on ethics, the ability to communicate, and emotional intelligence, and graduates are ready to use this in a variety of professional fields or pursue additional degrees in psychology and other fields.
