The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted in online mode at 302 centres across India and 24 international locations in March 2026. The National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body, is expected to release the official CUET PG 2026 notification in January 2026. This exam serves as a gateway for admission to various postgraduate programs such as MA, MSc, MCom, MBA, MTech, MFA, LLB, and BEd across several prestigious universities. Candidates who qualify for the CUET PG exam will have the opportunity to secure admission in top institutions like the University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and other participating universities.

 

To appear for this exam, eligible candidates must complete the CUET PG 2026 Application Process, which is tentatively scheduled to begin in the first week of January 2026 through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG. The CUET PG 2026 exam will assess candidates on their domain-specific knowledge, as well as their critical and analytical thinking skills, across 157 offered courses. The test will consist of 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be answered within 90 minutes. Following the announcement of the results, each participating university will conduct its own counselling process. Admissions will be granted based on the candidate's name or marks as listed in the respective university-specific CUET PG 2026 merit lists.
