MHT CET Education Criteria 2027 depend on the course candidates are applying for, i.e., BTech, BPharma, or DPharma, and each has specific subject and percentage requirements. Engineering aspirants must have Maths and Physics, while Pharmacy courses accept Maths or Biology as the third subject.

Who is Not Eligible for MHT CET 2027?

Some candidates are restricted from appearing in MHT CET 2027 based on nationality, academic performance, and reservation rules. For example, foreign nationals, including OCI/PIOs, cannot apply through the CET route. Also, candidates without the required subject combinations or a valid Maharashtra domicile (in case of reserved quota claims) are disqualified. The complete list is provided below.

  Can OCI, PIO or NRI candidates take MHT CET 2027?

  No. OCI, PIO, NRI and foreign national candidates are exempted from appearing in MHT CET. They are admitted through a separate counselling or institutional quota route.

  The application can be rejected, and the candidature can be cancelled during the admission process.

  Will I get the PwD reservation with a 38% disability?

  No. The PwD reservation needs a disability of at least 40% certified by a competent authority. You can still apply under your original category.

  Can I apply if I have a compartment in Class 12?

  You can apply provisionally, but you must pass all required subjects before counselling and document verification begin. Without that, a seat will not be allotted.

  Is MHCET law registration covered under MHT CET eligibility?
