- BFSI Sector: Increased in popularity, with 25% of students opting for BFSI roles, up from an average of 18% in previous years. BFSI also led in compensation, offering the highest package.

Salary Insights
The mean Maximum Earning Potential (MEP) rose to ₹35.2 lakh. BFSI roles recorded the top compensation at ₹1.1 crore, second only to the ₹1.5 crore package offered in 2023.

Boston Consulting Group emerged as the largest recruiter, extending 35 offers, including pre-placement offers. Other prominent recruiters participated across BFSI, FMCG, IT, and consulting sectors, strengthening the breadth of opportunities for students.
International Opportunities
Only two students opted for international positions, both in consulting roles based in Dubai, marking the lowest number of international placements in the past five years.
